Pretty Bowtique Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Pretty Bowtique for your handmade children's accessories and special items. To ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with us, please review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Carrier: Pretty Bowtique ships all orders via An Post, the national postal service of Ireland. We have selected An Post for its reliability and commitment to delivering your items safely.

2. Order Processing Time: At Pretty Bowtique, we take pride in crafting each item with care and attention to detail. General orders, including bows, hair clips, headbands, and christening items, have a production time of up to 7 working days.

Communion and flower pieces can take longer and during peak ( January - May) session we advise to leave at least 4 weeks processing time. If you would like to contact us with regard please do.

Please note that this processing time does not include shipping time.

3. Made-to-Order: We do not maintain a stock of pre-made items. Every accessory is created specifically for you once you place your order. This ensures that you receive a fresh and meticulously crafted product tailored to your preferences.

4. Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using standard post with An Post. Shipping time can vary depending on your location and An Post's delivery schedule. Please allow up to 5 additional days for postage. Keep in mind that the estimated delivery time provided by An Post is separate from our processing time. It may take longer after bank holidays. Communion Orders will go by reistered post, a tracking number will be issued on you dispatch email.

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

6. International Shipping: Pretty Bowtique ships post with DHL, registered post. Pretty Bowtique will not be resposible for Custome charges or taxes to countries outside the EU. Any customes charges or taxs are the responabiluity of the customer .

7. Order Updates:  You will receive notifications when your order is being shipped. You will not hear from us from the time we recieve your order until dispatch.  All post will go standard post except the communion pieces which will go registered and you will get an, An Post tracking number so you can keep track of your delivery.

8. Address Accuracy: To ensure a successful delivery, please verify that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Pretty Bowtique cannot be held responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Expedited Shipping: We do not offer next-day postage or delivery. We appreciate your understanding as we focus on providing quality craftsmanship.

Returns Policy – Pretty Bowtique

At Pretty Bowtique, each piece is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories once they have been dispatched.

Your rights under Irish consumer law are fully respected. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear details of the issue. We may request photos to assess the concern.

If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement item or a refund, depending on the situation.

Please note:
• Items must not be worn or used if a fault is being reported
• Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty
• Standard wear and tear or damage caused after use is not considered a fault

As all pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
