All of our orders are sent by An Post standard post.
Each order sent is recorded and a certificate of postage is signed and stamped by An Post when posted. I cannot be held responsible for any post lost in transit. If you require registered or express post, you need to get in contact with us at
All orders are handmade, your order is only made once your order is placed. Each order is made especially for you.
Turnaround time is 2 to 3 working days on normal processing days, Monday to Friday. At busier times processing times can take up to one week. Once you place an order you will receive an email to advise, once your order is completed you will also receive an email.
An Post also advise their postage time for standard post on normal processing days can take up to 2 to 3 working days. At busier times or during a pandemic it may take longer.
All orders are wrapped in pink tissue paper and placed in a postage box. If your order is a gift we can include a note with your order, please leave details in the comments box at checkout and we will write a beautiful note for your loved ones.
